  1. Why should we commission through a studio?

Fast and easy communication. As a collaborative studio we’re always in contact with one another and are well acquainted with each other's working standards and processes. We’ll ensure communication between each of your projects and across our different departments is easy and stress-free, and all from a single point of contact.Efficient turnaround times. No need to be placed on half year long waitlists between each stage of your projects - our specialised crew can work on the different parts of your project simultaneously to ensure we get to your destination fast!Professional quality. As much as we are on a journey to support your content creation endeavours, our studio is also on a journey to constantly improve and provide the best quality! By helping each other we’ll ensure a professional standard is maintained throughout your projects.

  1. Do you accept new members?

mizzatelier studio is not actively seeking new members. We are a solo founded studio, as such, we prefer to select members based on our own recommendation.

ORDERING

  1. Can I commission or contact a specific member?

In terms of commissioning, this may vary depending on the availability during the opening period, but generally you can request to work with a specific member through our studio.Directly contacting relevant studio members via social media with regards to a project is considered a violation. This is to ensure that all parties’ communications are in one place to provide transparency and ease the communicative process of private messages.Violating this agreement will put the client or any individual representing the said client at risk of termination and consequently blacklist from submitting future requests with mizzatelier studio.

  1. What is considered complex?

In general complexity may involve frills, outfits with a lot of accessories which require their own physics, liquid simulation, complex structure, etc.


Payment

  1. Do you offer payment plans?

We prefer that all payments be made in full and upfront in EUR when the proposal is sent only unless otherwise specified.Payment must be submitted within 3 days after confirmation of quotations. The commission may be terminated should the payment not be made by the date specified, unless reasoning is given.
