Client is not permitted, under any circumstances, to use any part of the deliverables for non-fungible tokens (NFT), cryptocurrency and generating derivatives works using AI software and generators.

mizzatelier studio will not tolerate the use of any part of the deliverables for pornographic content creation, hate or discrimination. We will not accept any work from candidates whose intentions fall under these categories.

mizzatelier studio will not tolerate the submission of plagiarised or AI generated work as reference material or assets for the creation of the deliverables.

All mizzatelier studio products are by default delivered with a Commercial License.

Usage. Promotional use on social media and streaming platforms.

Non-transferrable. Client may not transfer or re-sell deliverables provided by mizzatelier studio.

Modifications. Extensive modifications performed by the client or an external party is prohibited unless mizzatelier studio provides written permission.

Non-exclusive. Deliverables are retained as the intellectual property of mizzatelier studio.

Includes the Standard Commercial License but with the additional usage right of producing digital and physical merchandise.

Additional Fee. An Extended Commercial License will add an additional ( 50% - 200% ) fee to Deliverables.

mizzatelier studio and Client may terminate this agreement at any time by sending written notice thereof to the respective party.

Upon such termination, the compensation agreement and degree of termination is as follows:

No completion. If mizzatelier studio has not begun the project, mizzatelier studio agrees to compensate the client in full minus any transaction fee that will not be the responsibility of mizzatelier studio to compensate.

Partial Completion. If mizzatelier studio has partially completed the project, the client agrees to compensate mizzatelier studio at least 25% to 75% of the total compensation minus any transaction fee upon discussion and depending on where the progress of the project lies. mizzatelier studio will provide partially completed deliverables (in the form of work in progress files). The client must continue to abide by all terms set forth in the service agreement as a consequence of partial completion of the project.

Full Completion. If mizzatelier studio has completed the project at the time of cancellation, the client agrees to compensate mizzatelier studio in full. mizzatelier studio will provide all completed deliverables to the client. The client must continue to abide by all terms set forth in the service agreement as a consequence of full completion of the project.

mizzatelier studio reserves the right to fully terminate the business relationship with the client and who will not be eligible for any refund should there be any violations to the terms set forth in the service agreement. Any communications with the client will be terminated and any future projects engaging with mizzatelier studio will be refused.

mizzatelier studio acknowledges and agrees that any sensitive personal and business information supplied by the client shall be considered confidential information and shall not be disclosed to the public by mizzatelier studio. All parties will hold and maintain all Confidential Information of the disclosing parties and will only be recorded for legal and archival purposes.

Project Sharing. mizzatelier studio reserves the right to share work in progress updates as well as the deliverables of the project via social media, streaming platforms and portfolio, unless a Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) is enforced.

Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA). Should the client request for strict confidentiality for all work in progress and deliverables of the project, the client agrees to pay an additional NDA fee of 15% of the total payment for the project. The NDA will be concluded upon first disclosure of the deliverables to the public by the client, and mizzatelier studio will be granted the right to promote deliverables without conflict of interest from client.

The project may be assigned to a waitlist upon acceptance of a waitlist request from a new or returning client.

Limited Slots. Client must understand that only certain service providers are open to the waitlisting system, as specified in mizzatelier studio’s member availability selection per month of service. Other service providers and certain projects may consider the waitlisting system on a case-by-case basis.

Reservation Fee. Client agrees to pay an additional reservation fee of 10% of the total payment for the project, to be allocated a guaranteed working period for the project as per the client’s preference and upon mutual agreement with mizzatelier studio. The reservation fee must be paid within 3 days of confirmation. Any negligence or failure to make payment will lead to the termination of the client’s reservation and mizzatelier studio reserves the right to terminate the business relationship with the client.

Waitlist Period. Client may only reserve the working period for the project of up to six months in advance. Any further than six months to one year will incur a further reservation fee of 10% of the total payment for project in accumulation of the initial reservation fee, and vice versa. Client must send re-confirmation of interest and pay for the project within two weeks of the allocated working period, upon re-initiation of contact from mizzatelier studio.

Reservation Cancellation. Should there be a cancellation to the reservation whether it be upon the client’s request or negligence as determined by mizzatelier studio, the client will not be refunded for the reservation fee. mizzatelier studio reserves the right to cancel the client’s reservation at any time, and agrees to refund the reservation fee to the client upon mutual agreement.
